2007 Tour Group Guide
Thank you for considering Bittersweet on the Bluff for your upcoming group tour. In addition to having the most spectacular view in the tri state area, we also offer the friendliest staff, most awesome food and a very relaxing atmosphere! We are a family owned and operated facility and can accommodate any size group with ease. We have four different private rooms of various sizes allowing us to comfortably seat from 20 to 800 people. Private rooms are available at no cost and many have their own bathrooms and bar area. As the owner, I also work to address the group personally discussing our history and pointing out some of the area attractions that are visible from our deck.
We offer several different menus and styles of service. From sit-down plated to family style to buffet style, we’re sure we can create an event that fits your needs. We even pick up the meal for the driver and one escort per bus. Call and ask about our new mini menu option.
To book your party, you will need to give us the date, time, estimated guest count, and a deposit.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per bus is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. All charges must be settled at the conclusion of the event. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). Checks should be made payable to the Bittersweet.
Dinner Buffet or Family Style
The per person prices listed below include one potato, one hot vegetable, 2 salads, homemade bread, butter, coffee and water at the bar. Additional potatoes, vegetables or salads can be added for $ .50 per person per item. All of your guests are served on china dishware. The tip rate for Buffet Style service is 10% and 15% for Family Style service. Don’t see what you’re looking for? No problem! Just ask to talk to the chef who is happy to work out your own menu.

Plated Menu Options
When selecting a plated meal, all tables will be set with place settings that include a water glass, coffee cup, silverware, and a linen napkin. Dinner service includes a plated salad and homemade bread followed by the main entrée. Water and coffee are served at the table. A 18% gratuity will be added for this type of service.
